My name is Halcia Greaves, and I am the founder of Beri3 Home Care Services.

With a professional background in administration and accounting, I bring a strong foundation in organisation, operational management, and client service to every aspect of Beri3. These skills influence how the company is structured — with clarity, accountability, and a deep commitment to excellence.

My journey into home care began on a deeply personal level, following a medical scare involving my mother where I became her primary caregiver. That experience was profoundly transformative. It gave me an intimate understanding of what care truly requires — patience, emotional intelligence, attentiveness, and the quiet strength needed to support someone through moments of vulnerability.

Shortly thereafter, I was presented with an opportunity to step into professional home care. What initially felt unexpected quickly revealed itself as a calling. Through hands-on experience, I developed a deep appreciation for the standards of care that genuinely make a difference — not only in meeting physical needs, but in preserving dignity, independence, and quality of life.
